Compile? Compile!....Dammit Jim! I'm an artist not a programmer.
Would you mayhap have a link to a site that has it precompiled? I have no idea how to even do that Nor do I know what to even search for on the Microsoft site.

hrm can you make a mod that will take the clouds out of the M map? would help those trying to go for Cartographer...or even if you could make a Map that has a Red Line around the exteriors of all the areas. Would be easier for me to find that 2% i am missing :P

Also what are your settings on the logging screen for Texmod please?
I'd like to doublecheck my settings. I don't remember running into this issue when skinning stuff in NWN :/

I have a few queries:
Since armour modding isnt permanent, is their any point doing it? Since as soon as you change armour, you have to restart the client. Also, are weapons affected if you change them like armour or are the changes made to weapons permanent?
Is it possible to mod audio?
And finally what differences does exporting in DSS make?
Thanks guys.

This is pretty neat Good luck with modding... I'm trying to figure out what I would like to mod, and actually would benefit playing, not just make a custom texture mmmm ...

Now what do I do? I have little faith in their support system and have had bad experiences with CS from NCSoft in other games
Think i'm going to go lie down now.

Tell me about it! It has to be some sort of auto-thing going on. They said it was Ok if you read that link on the wiki and Gaile talking about it in this thread
I've just finished sending my support ticket and PM'ed Gaile but I don't know if that will do any good. Now I'm totally depressed.

If they sanctioned it then they'll have to unban you. They did say there would be no support for crashing your game, but to ban you for doing something that they said is fine would just be going beyond the pail and I would totally boycott for your cause.
